It's official, Namco Bandai has licensed its AI middleware package, NavPower, for Afro Samurai (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360). NavPower gives our number-one warrior smoother gameplay in less time with its rapid, high-quality 3D navmesh auto-generation technology. Now how about some lemonade, Afro?

Afro Samurai (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360) is a cell-shaded hack-and-slasher adapted from the 5-episode anime series of the same name. Like in the anime, Samuel L. Looks like the big-haired Afro Samurai (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360) will be taking his journey for justice around the world. Namco Bandai and Atari has just sent out a press release confirming that it will be arriving in Europe by next year.

It's been a while since we last heard anything about Namco Bandai's game rendition of Afro Samurai (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360). Samuel L. Jackson's sword-toting anime persona and his smart-ass Ninja Ninja sidekick will need a bit more time in the dojo to brush up their moves, but when they finally come slashing in, be ready for stylized martial arts blended with some sweet attitude from the 'hood.

Samuel L. Jackson may not have wielded a lightsaber during his tenure in the Afro Samurai anime, but that hasn't apparently stopped it from being any less cool.
