Ob-rly? Ya, rly. - Image 1The online version of the 360 Gamer Magazine makes it clear: after prepping  The Shivering Isles for a March download via Marketplace, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion ends. Nada on any other expansions from Bethesda. The same might (well, would) apply to the PC and PS3 versions as well.

Says Bethesda's Peter Hines to 360 Gamer, "Shivering Isles is our last big thing: it’s our first and last expansion for Oblivion." First, last, only, now signed, sealed, delivered, stick a fork in it, it's done (well, in March, anyway). The next Elder Scrolls has to be a V, then, but as Hines revealed to Pro-G UK, they've probably got their hands full on the PS3 version and Fallout 3 (of course, they might have a bit of pre-production running already, but that's all presumption).

And with that, Oblivion is, well, oblivion. Too bad, though - there has to be a ton of cheesy pickup lines left to milk.
