Army of Two - Image 1Electronic Arts has long been known to gamers as a company that loves sequels and franchises. It looks like this trend will continue when EA finally unleashes the much-awaited Army of Two (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360) on November 15.

While speaking to video game news site CVG, Army of Two lead designer Chris Ferreira was asked about the possibility of the game turning into a franchise. His candid answer: "This is EA right? So when we have a hit we'll make more."

Even though the first game isn't out yet, the company is also already bouncing around a few ideas about what to do with the sequel.

"Right now people tend to like it," said Ferreira, "so if we can make a sequel we can find out what people didn't like about the first and put in the stuff we didn't have time to - like originally we had 60 different co-op moves and only a tenth of those are going to make it into the final product."
