It would be frustrating to spend so much time and talent, investing so much work on one level to make a masterpiece, only to find it obsoleted if a LittleBigPlanet 2 comes out. Anyone out there who made such a level? Alex Evans of Media Molecule won't let your levels gather dust in obscurity if a LittleBigPlanet sequel comes out - he and his team could make LittleBigPlanet backwards compatible. "If you look at online distribution for LBP, when the sequel comes along, what do we do with all that content?" Evans said. "We can give them backwards compatibility with those levels, and then when you decide on how you're going to sell that to them... all I'm saying is that we've got loads of options open to us, and we can pick really late." Hold on - when the sequel comes along? "Well, I'd love there to be a sequel, put it that way. But that's not an announcement - although I will say that the entire team is working on LBP," he clarified. So this isn't really a confirmation or an announcement - just a what if. If LBP does get a sequel, at least we're all assured that the products of all that work won't be dwarfed by the arrival of a new LBP. More LittleBigNews:

unfortunately the xbox doesnt have media big enough to cope with the content, but what i feel is havent they milked us enough, the brought out number one, and released extra content at 5quid a pop just for more stickers and level possibilites just from them to make a number 2, which is blatently going to be the same but with even more content, is their not a line these companies cant cross to stop taking advantage of the customer, i know sony make their own line especially with europe, things in the us being the same amount in poinds

"unfortunately the xbox doesnt have media big enough to cope with the content,"
What makes you think the 360 cant cope with lbp??
Theres not loads of hi res videos or loads of music. 3d models and code take up hardly any space... I bet it could fit on a dvd easy
