If you remember, Sega once declared that they expected Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games to sell over four million copies. Not only that, but it was also expected to rival Halo 3. Well, it looks like Mario and Sonic are serious in proving them right.
The game's been on top spot in the UK ever since it was released back in December. It's been knocked off a few times by major releases such as Assassin's Creed, Devil May Cry 4, and Burnout Paradise, but now it's back in first place for a solid two weeks running.
Mario and Sonic's actually outlived all of the game's that bumped it out of top spot. DMC4's on 15th spot, Burnout Paradise is on 20th place, and Assassin's Creed is at 28th place. Here are the rest of the entries for the week ending on March 1:
