DamnationPulling of some steampunk designs and artwork isn't as easy as it seems, y'know. Think you just go and put together tin cans and greasy engines? Hell no. These guys did some heavy lifting and coal burning to get the art of Damnation right. Hundreds of pictures from a train yard? Man, that's just the start of it. This trailer's got lots of gameplay footage, but more importantly, we hear from Blue Omega art director Adam Diller talking about what went on behind the scenes of this game.

Damnation - Image 1 Aww snap. We just got word that Damnation has been delayed for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Previously, it was scheduled for a winter release this year, but apparently, the game won't be out until early 2009. And why, pray, is that? Turns out they're strategically placing its release away from the pre-holiday games like, say, GoW2 and Resistance 2.

Damnation - Image 1Think Steve-o's the only Jackass who can do stunts? Captain Rouke of Damnation is definitely not short in all those ledge-grabbing, rope-climbing, and cliff-scaling stunts. Heck, looks like he could even play the Wanderer's part in Shadow of the Colossus! Check it out, we finally get a trailer for Damnation!

PS3, Xbox 360, PC - Damnation - Codemasters - Image 1Steampunk. I'm sure you've heard of it: it's a wide genre encompassing various books, movies, and video games. Here's yet another example of a steampunk-oozing game - a shooter this time - Damnation. Today, we give you the low-down on all its features and treat you to some eyecandy. Grab your boots - they're made for walking, after all. And in this game, let's hope your boots withstand three hours' worth of walking, climbing, jumping, and waltzing from Point A to Point B in one single map. Talk about expansive.
