It's been exactly a week since we guys told you that the Variety Map Pack for Infinity Ward's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PC, PS3, Xbox 360) PS3 DLC has been put under certification. We now give you an update regarding this matter.

Robert Bowling just updated his blog saying the certification for the DLC has went "amazingly well" and that the logistics for it have been been finalized. They're just now waiting for the official dates for its release.

Furthermore, the "Play With Infinity Ward" event will be taking place once the Map Pack is released. Aside from this, they're also cooking up a Double XP weekend for the PS3 players as well.

As for the dates for the said events, we promise to keep you posted on them once they're released. So don't forget to check up on this space frequently for that.
