EA logo - Image 1 More news from John Riccitiello's visit to the EA investor meeting over at the Blair & Company Growth Stock Conference in Chicago. Aside from his announcement of a new Need For Speed title, he had other news that may be a bit less welcome.

According to the EA CEO, Pandemic's Saboteur (Xbox 360, PS3) and BioWare's Dragon Age won't be dropping in calendar year 2008. They'll be released in the fourth quarter of this fiscal year, which means the two titles will be flying off shelves no later than March 29th, 2009.

Pandemic's Saboteur looked promising in the last trailer we saw of it from about a year ago. Dragon Age, on the other hand, is anticipated by BioWare's huge fan base which recognizes the Canadian studio for such masterworks as Neverwinter Nights and Mass Effect.

Saboteur pits players in the role of a French resistance member during World War II. Using stealth and strategy, gamers can destroy Nazi installations set up during their occupation of the country. Dragon Age, on the other hand, is BioWare's first game which isn't based on an existing IP before it. It uses a new game engine called Eclipse and will mark BioWare's return to fantasy RPG territory.
