Mirror's Edge
(Xbox 360, PlayStation 3) may have elicited criticism regarding its length and storyline, but the game's innovative first-person action and the subsequent positive response have given Electronic Arts enough incentive to greenlight a sequel.

"You will see another Mirror's Edge for sure," said Patrick Soderlund, EA Games Europe's senior VP, in an interview with Videogamer. "It's just a matter of when that time is and what we do with it. We have a small team on it and I'm excited about what we do."

This is the first official confirmation of a Mirror's Edge sequel. EA DICE senior producer Owen O'Brien has mentioned before that the game was being prepped to be a trilogy, but since then all we've heard is that a sequel was in consideration.

Just make sure that this time, there's more free-form running than random cramped indoor puzzle-solving and half-asses melee combat and firefights. If ME1's combat was more streamlined, and the level design better, it would have been golden.
