PC cover of Valve Corporation's The Orange Box - Image 1Valve Corporation had a good thing going for them when it released The Orange Box bundle for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 last year. The highly successful video game compilation included Half-Life: Episode 2, Portal, and Team Fortress 2 and had several accolades tied in with each title included in the bundle.

In a recent announcement from Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello, he mentioned that fans who enjoyed the series will now be able to buy each title separately when they unbundle each game and packaging them as separate titles.

While each game was already available separately on Valve's Steam digital download service, this will be the first time that gamers will be able to get them at retail stores separately.

So far, no price or date has been set for each of the three titles, however we will be keeping an eye out for more updates as we get them.
