Insomniac Games may be keeping mum about their latest Ratchet & Clank project, but it looks like the game's progressing well. That much was implied during our last visit to the ESRB's site, where Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty has been rated for the PlayStation 3.The last time we encountered information regarding this game was back in March, amidst rumors that Tools of Destruction's sequel was to be available as a PSN download. Adding weight to this speculation was a reportedly leaked document indicating some of the DLC that was scheduled to arrive in Europe for April to July. The game was dubbed back then as Ratchet: Quest for Booty. While the ESRB didn't provide for any further details, at the very least we know that a new game is indeed in the making, and just might be made available in the near future. That's all the info we've got for the moment. Visit again in case we run into any more developments. |

I remember hearing rumors of this LONG ago.
I see they are continuing the tradition of...subtitles that deal with..well yeah.

» I'm curious
I wonder if this is an add-on to R&C Tools of Destruction.
If thats the case, I wonder how the community will feel about Insomniac having time to make content for the game they're willing to charge for and not take any time at all to add trophies to the game. (Even though they could have started planning for it ages ago)
I for one am not interested.

» no.
It seems like another sequel. The entire new series on this gen is called "Ratchet + Clank Future" for a reason. I think it should have Ratchet trying to find out more about his past like in the last game and get revenge. I forgot exactly what happened at the end of the latest game, but yeah.

Clank disappeared with the Zoni into what seemed like another dimension, leaving Ratchet alone...
