As previously announced, EA Sports dates and schedules their huge rollout for Fight Night Round 4. By huge, i mean new fighters, new game modes, and lots of updates to improve gameplay.

Still hitting the ring at Fight Night Round 4? Good news, slugger. EA Sports is sending another haymaker over to pack more punch into the game. This round will see a neat price drop for the game, so those who still don't have the game will be able to grab a copy minus the ouch of the full price. For those who already have the game, EA Sports will continue post-launch support with some fresh new downloadable content.

Electronic Arts through EA Sports has announced earlier that Fight Night Round 4 (Xbox 360 and PS3) will be getting two rounds of free DLC starting next month. What's interesting here is that the second one will add an option to replace the Total Punch Control system with the usual button controls. More after the jump.

Starting today, May 14th, you can now try out a playable three-round demo of the game on Xbox  Live and the PlayStation Network. The catch is that you should pre-order the game via GameStop.

EA Canada just sent out this new batch of screenshots for the upcoming Fight Night Round 4 (Xbox 360 and PS3). It's a pretty varied batch, so am sure you'll spot at least one boxer you'll recognized. I know I did not find any one familiar. Maybe you'll have better luck, though.

Yes, there will be an Online World Championships for Fight Night Round 4 (Xbox 360 and PS3). This much was confirmed by game producer Dean Richards at the EA European Showcase earlier this month.
