GameStop is currently giving a bonus to gamers who pre-order Silent Hill: Homecoming (PS3, Xbox 360, PC), the latest entry in Konami's acclaimed survival horror series. Those who pre-order will get a free Silent Hill DVD movie along with their copy of the game.

The bonus offer announcement mentions only "Silent Hill DVD movie". It could be the actual movie release, but considering it's been more than two years since that movie hit theaters, perhaps this bonus item is a collection of interviews, behind the scenes stuff and the like.

The bonus disc will ship along with the game for those who pre-order online. For in-store pickup customers, the disc will be available at designated stores. Store customers will be able to get theirs upon registration.

Silent Hill: Homecoming is scheduled for a September 30 release in North America. Both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions can be pre-ordered for US$ 59.99.
