Screenshot of Guerrilla Games' Killzone 2 for PS3 - Image 1Killzone 2 developer Guerrilla Games amended Sony UK's announcement yesterday regarding the September release date of the game. It was later mentioned that Killzone 2 still has no specific date when it will actually go live.

Seb Downie, QA Manager of Guerrilla Games posted a reply on the PlayStation forums and had this to say about any further announcements regarding their upcoming title: "Sorry folks, as before, please take any release dates, or months with a grain of salt. If we haven't announced it, it is not gospel".

We guess this means that everyone will just have to sit tight once again before we can get our hands on more FPS goodness. Regardless, we'll be sure to keep our ears open for more updates regarding the actual release date of the Killzone 2.

 » well

Already 2 + years and 60 million into production and thats 3 months old info so the numbers are even bigger, you bet your ass it will be good my friend!

Seriously after all this hype, target trailers and announcements a developer must have suicidal tendencies to let their title slip. And lets face it the game is in good hands with as much support as could anyone get.

 » well..

killzone always look awesome and from the videos an all seems to have a very good gameplay and with destructible environment will be a AAA title but, need a good story and they always lack from that so I hope they fix that.
