PS3, XBox 360, PC - Mirror's Edge - Image 1

Oh, as if the prospect of finally getting Mirror's Edge in just a few more days weren't good news enough, we now hear that the DLC hitting the game has been dated! And it's not all too long a wait either.

According to a report from VideoGamer, Electronic Arts' DICE studio has confirmed that the PS3-exclusive downloadable content for Mirror's Edge will come out early 2009. Though "early 2009" is defined relatively, here's to hoping that "early 2009" means Q1 2009, or better yet, January 2009!

So far, what we know is that DICE is already working on the post-release (post-retail release, that is) content for the game, and that they will be making a more formal announcement - and cross your fingers, hopefully a solid release date too! - very soon.
