Heads up! New Gran Turismo video to hit PSN

Xanavi - Image 1Heads up, everybody. The folks over at Three Speech, the semi-official Sony blog, announced a new Gran Turismo video which will be downloadable over at the PlayStation Network come May 4.

The new Gran Turismo video will feature Nissan's Xanavi Nismo Z on the Eiger Mountain Track, so you can be sure that it'll be hot. Of course, we do wish they'd actually stock Polyphony Digital's video game with more cars now that everybody's probably finished it, but it's a minor gripe on a wonderful download.

HAHAHAHAH Remember how long GT4 kept us waiting? Do you actually remember how long after it was announced it actually came out?! Why the hell would you want a deadline anyway, they're going to break it and release it late anyway.

Yeah i`m tired of seeing that mountain track too.


But my real issue with this new material is the sound.
Am i the only one who is bothered by the engine sounds of Gran Turismo ?
And don`t even get me started on the horrible tire squealing sound.

I like real cars , and those GT cars sound terrible.
They sound like hybrid cars under a blanket.
Like somebody is sitting there with an old Casio playing car samples.

The graphics look nice and all , but the sound just ruins it for me. Makes the whole game useless.
