I assume most of our readers checked out Sony's E3 Press Conference online. If not the whole conference, at least small tidbits of it. And it didn't take much time to notice the fact that Sony was pretty much unprepared for E3. Where Microsoft looked professional with their press conference, Sony looked all over the place. |

seriously who puts down the ps3 on the supporting website, think about it, if you dont like the ps3, dont be putting news and videos that have relavince to it on the supporting website, put it on the wii website, or the 360 website if you love them so much.

That really wasn't that funny. That really wasn't that good of an editing job. I've seen much better editing of George W. Bush speeches. Those make sense and flow flawlessly. So based on quality it didn't deserve to be posted.

What people don't understand is that the PS3 is going to have greater and also worse graphics than the 360. It matters on the creater of the game. They can put a lackluster job on a game or make an awesome work of art. The Blu-Ray drive means longer loading times. DVD-9s only have 9 Gigs of memory but that's enough for almost all games. It has nothing to do with graphics. The price is just too much. 600 and 500 dollars. MAJOR hole in my wallet. Wii60 = PS3 because they stole most of Microsoft's and Nintendo's ideas. The guide button, the movement thing in the controller for just some examples. The system has too much stuff in it for most consumers. Would we want to use 7 controllers? Oh, and use 2 TVs? I remember a long time ago when we only could use one TV and 4 controllers. Oh, and now, there's online which Sony coppied off Microsoft. The interface looks almost identical to the 360's Marketplace. I also remember Sony saying that the Cell Processer will be almost 50 times better than the 360. Well apperently, it is just going over 4%. The 200 Teraflops, down to only 150. That minus the OS and some other stuff. Face it, Sony's going downhill.

This wasn't anywhere near as funny as the unedited, 2 hour conference that I stayed up late to watch live. I was REALLY jazzed about PS3 until I saw this conference. I want to like the PS3...but they showed nothing thatmakes me want to stand in line all night like I did for the PS2 launch. I've bought every Sony console on day one...that conference put the PS3 is on my "wait and see" list. I'm glad this was posted here and I hope Sony watches it. They need to get their act together before the dig their own grave.
