Click to enlargeJack Thompson is back with a vengeance, and this time around, he's being pwned by Bully (an upcoming game for the PS2 and Xbox). For some reason - and we're not surprised by this - he's still up in arms about the whole issue with Bully. Yes, it's a PS2 game, but we're writing about this because it brings up the whole "violence in gaming" debate that affects us all.

After fighting for the prohibition of distributing Bully, the "anti-violent" Jack Thompson was turned down by a Miami judge, who thinks that "there is a lot less violence in this game than what we see on television... [The game won't] cause a public threat that would require me to prevent these folks from selling it."

Oh, if any of you guys don't have a vague idea of who Jack Thompson is (where the heck have you been all this time?!) you might want to click on the Ctrl+Alt+Del web comic on the side.
