Kazuko Nogushi shows Virtual Tennis 3 on a tilt

Now that we know that Sega engineers made sure that Virtua Tennis 3 WILL use SIXAXIS... how do you use SIXAXIS in Virtua Tennis 3? Let's imagine a scenario: properly grip the SIXAXIS with the appropriate grip. Address the fault line like so, with your left foot forwards, remember to swing from the shoulders... hey, tighten that grip, boy! - oops, uh-oh, something just flew...

No, it won't. Kazuko Nogushi brought the game over to Paris to show off the gameplay to the press - JeuxFrance included - who happily returned the gratitude by taking pictures of how the SIXAXIS will be used in the game - which is to control the player's movements, not whack the ball with. JeuxFrance noted that the motion-sensing "is not with the final very effective step" but argues that the gameplay nevertheless remains fluid and dynamic as Virtua Tennis should be). Besides, the way we see it, lots of people are still getting used to using the motion sensors instead of the analog sticks, but once people get the hang of it...

In any case, like some of the other SIXAXIS-control games we've seen before, the option to use (and unuse) it can be set on the menu.
