For those of you who are anticipating SNK Playmore's revival of King Of Fighters XII (PS3, Xbox 360), you can consider this update of ours to be good news. The company has made it known that they will be displaying the game at the AOU 2008

The AOU is an annual trade show organized by the Japanese Amusement Machines Operators Union, enabling companies such as Sega, Konami, and Namco Bandai get to show off their latest offerings during this event.

King Of Fighters XII will be displayed on Taito's Type X2 machine and will be ported to consoles such as the PS3 and Xbox 360 next year. Currently, there's information the game will be released for the arcade in June or July of 2008.
