After the Ninja Gaiden dojo, Tecmo, and Dynasty Warrior factory, Koei, completed their merger last April, the newly-formed Koei Tecmo Holdings is now hard at work on a crossover title, combining IPs from both publishers to launch a new one. Time to review those Koei and Tecmo titles so we can all play guessing games as to which IPs will be making it to the new Koei Tecmo title.

According to the Nikkei Corporate Information, ""Tecmo and Koei are combining titles to launch a new game. The aim is to bring in fans of both." It wasn't made clear as to which title will be combined and what sort of game will be launched. So as far as seeing Zhao Yun trade combos in Dead or Alive or Ryu joining the armies of Shu, we don't know yet. But as far as combining titles are concerned, IP from both publishers can mesh very easily.
