Fatal Inertia becomes Fatal Inertia EX - Image 1Koei has some important news related to the release of Fatal Inertia. Not only is the title of the game getting a suffix; the game's also got an exclusive launch on the PlayStation Network next month. That's right folks: you can forget the retail release, as this game's going completely digital.

The news was broken over at MTV's Multiplayer Blog, which announced that the title, now called Fatal Inertia EX, would become a PlayStation Network exclusive. Furthermore, the game will apparently be getting a release next month. Certainly some good news seeing as this game has been long-delayed (The game was originally supposed to be a launch title for the PS3).

Fatal Inertia EX will arrive in late May and will cost gamers US$ 29.99. The game will also support Dual Shock 3 usage and comes with SIXAXIS tilt control.
