Metal Gear Online - Image 1

Here's some important information for all you Metal Gear fiends out there. Konami Online's Brandon Laurino recently decided to pre-empt Metal Gear Mondays by answering some questions and concerns related to the Metal Gear Online Beta and teasing people about the Gunmetal Grey Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 bundle.

Perhaps the most pressing issue that Laurino addressed was the fiasco about the invalid beta codes for Metal Gear Online. Konami acknowledged the problem and is working on doing good by everyone, as Laurino notes:

To start, we have been getting reports that some of you are receiving partial digit UPVC’s Metal Gear Online Beta on the “Metal Gear Saga Vol. 2″ DVD inserts. We are aware of this issue and are working hard to remedy. If you’ve been affected by this issue, please contact us at http://www.konami-data.com/support/. Please be sure to include your partial code, and any other pertinent details (like a return email address, etc). We thank you for your patience.

Laurino also took the time to explain the whole process of registering for the MGO beta which, he reminds people, will only be playable once April 21 rolls around, in addition to answering some of the frequently asked questions related to the Beta.

What about MGS4, you might be wondering? Well, it's only a small tidbit, but one that you might want to know about. Related to a question about pre-ordering the Gunmetal Grey MGS4 PS3 Bundle, Laurino mentioned that they would be revealing more information about the hardware bundle very soon.

As anticipation for the game comes to a climax, we suppose Konami is trying to add more excitement into the mix. Keep checking QJ for more updates, and feel free to check out the short list of MGO Beta questions answered by Laurino at the source link.
