It's definitely going to be one good day for the PlayStation 3 owners who have copies of Capcom's recently released Lost Planet (Xbox 360, PC, PS3).

Through the company's official blog, information has been released that the PS3 build of the game will be getting a patch update. This particular patch will be updating the networking code to “optimize the online experience.”

So far, that's the only significant detail that was announced. Well, either way, it's still good news, right? Capcom also said that the patch is set to be released immediately. So do expect your game to be updated soon.
