Judging from previous sneak peeks, as well as the screenshots in the full article, the game is shaping up to be one gorgeous bundle of all the previous releases rolled into one.

Speaking of the screenshots, why not take a look at them in the full article after the jump!

Lost Planet: Extreme Condition from Capcom - Image 1It's not a specific date for Capcom's Lost Planet: Extreme Condition (Xbox 360, PC, PS3), but a specific month is better than just "early 2008," right? The PlayStation 3 version of the game finally gets a (more specific than "early 2008") release date: February.

It'll make a good Valentine's day gift.

Among the big announcements that Capcom made during their Gamer's Day event over at London was that they would be releasing a PlayStation 3 port of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition (Xbox 360, PC). What made this news all the more exciting was that Lost Planet for the PS3 will be enjoying the extra content that was available for its 360 and PC kin.

But while this is good news and all, we're sure you're asking - how's the PS3 port looking so far? We'll be laying that question to rest with video a we've picked up from the Capcom Gamer's Day. And dare we say it, Lost Planet's visuals on the PlayStation 3 are looking good. Enjoy the video!

Mega Man from Capcom's Lost Planet on PC - Image 1

Not only will Sony PlayStation 3 owners finally get the chance to play Capcom's Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, but the game's latest reiteration will also include all extra content from the Microsoft Xbox 360 and PC versions. The package will have everything that used to be available only through download from XBL, or a patch often hosted by Steam.

If the post on PS3's semi-official ThreeSpeech blog holds true, we're looking at three sets of map packs (initially went for 400 MS points each), various view modes, movie mode, a chat system, more multiplayer maps for the PC, and other bonuses Capcom dished out since Lost Planet's release all in one Blu-ray disc.

When we say everything, that includes extra characters previously exclusive to the PC. We're talking about that NEVEC soldier Joe, Frank West from Dead Rising, and Mega Man who needs no introductions. There will still be online mode that supports up to 16 players, only over PSN this time.

During Capcom's Gamer's Day in London where Lost Planet was announced for the PS3, other jaw-dropping titles were revealed (read: Super Street Fighter 4). Looks like Capcom is on a roll, and you can bet our eyes are peeled so be sure to check back for any updates!
