Metal Gear Online Beta online competition details announced - Image 1While Metal Gear Online's Beta phase will be ending in just a few more days, that doesn't mean Konami's not going out with a bang.

The company's sending word that they've started sending out invites for MGO's 5v5 competition, scheduled to take place tonight at 7:00 p.m. (PST).

If you're among the clan leaders who received this invite, expect Konami to contact you with details regarding your entry status, steps to participate, and match schedules. The company further notes that the invite will be coming from the character named Brandon. Players are advised not to contact anybody else who claims to be working for Konami.

Qualified clans will be given a time slot between the 7 p.m. to 9p.m. later tonight, with match details expected to be released soon. Those interested in reading further regarding this competition will want to visit Konami's official Metal Gear Online site, via the source link below.
