Metallica - Image 1The gods have arrived. Well at least the debut trailer for Guitar Hero: Metallica. From the looks - and sound - of it, this won't be an easy challenge following those mad riffs and killer hooks. Ironically enough, though, this title remains to be "unannounced", meaning, no official word has come yet from Activision.

Then again, it's actually not farfetched that the group themselves are handling their PRs on their own. They didn't become rockstars just by sitting on the sidelines.

Anyhow, you'll have to go to Metallica's official site yourself to check out the video. They're very protective of their property like that. Enjoy.

» It says: play with the guitar... or with the full band

Does this mean it is going to have even more extra peripherals than drums?

this has been on the guitar hero website for at least a few days as one of their listed products, one interesting note is that it will support double kick pedals just like Lars :) yay! also the game will have other tracks by other artists, that have been picked by metallica

 » cool trailer

everyone's most requested GH track is played during the trailer, sorry i don't think real guitar players want to play fall out boy or any of that non-hetero stuff, the vast majority of young guitar players associate guitar with metal, its a sad fact of life that a lot of people deny, I'm glad finally there's a metal guitar hero, other than the rocks the 80s game
