I live in Canada,. our dollar is worth more than yours now.(first time in over 30 years) so instead of putting the price up as in USD, the standard should be changed to say CDN, as it is worth more. HA HA!

It costs $39.99 and is only 640 x 380 resolution? Even the PSP camera is better than that.

PS eye is meant to have a better framerate than the ET and a auto-focus, but still it aint great check out the PSE vs ET. some pictures still look better with the eye toy.

And a hell of a lot better than the 360's vision.
"The 360 Vision camera features 640 × 480 video at 30 fps". The PS Eye does 60 frames per second and it can actually do 120fps at a lower resolution. Quit looking for sh1t to ***** about every time Sony puts out something new. Microsoft puts out crappy equipment and everyone kisses their ass, Sony puts out high quality equipment far exceeding what Microsoft has to offer and people always complain. WTF does it take to please you people. God damn complaining *****es, everyone just jumps on the it's cool to bash Sony bandwagon and blurt out whatever crap slips into their tiny little heads. I'm so sick of you people looking for things to complain about while MS is putting out Halo at graphics below 720P and the upscaling, but no one complains about that. The PS3 is the best console on the market and there is no denying it. I just don't understand how people can be so ignorant....... jeeez

yes the cam is technical better than the xbox cam and the ET but in uses its not, just go to the link above, the proof is in the pictures.
it looks good but not great, its mainly the bad software used for it. I love my PS3, its a great piece of kit but the peripherals on the ps3 sofar aint great, like the dodgy triggers where your finger slips off and no rumble (i said sofar remember) on the pad.
I feel like I have a good auguement, do you?

If your fingers slip off the controller then you have some really slippery fingers.. Actually you dont have a good argument (and you spelt the word argument really wrong). The rumbles coming so theres really no need in mentioning that bud.
But as for the PSeye, i saw the pics on IGN and to me it looks better than the eyetoy to me. Besided the unfocused picture, which If you had a webcam I dont think you'd be that close with it anyways, (which I really dont trust IGN anyways, the picture was probably zoomed in and close to the controller knowing them.) Psh..guess you really dont know what the hell your talkn bout..

Everyone I know says the same thing about they fingers slip off the triggers, its not just me, the triggers should be curved inwards like the Xbox triggers, so your finger sits comfortably on the button, not curved the way it is. Why do u think companies on FPS are using R1 as the shoot button coz pressing R2 sucks.
Its is Sony fault about the rumble, if Sony paid the fee to Immersion, Immersion wont of taken them to court and Rumble would of been there from the start.
Now about the cam. The PS E has an auto focus, so it should not matter how close or how far away you are, like I said its a good cam not a great cam.
I noticed I spelt argument wrong after I sent the post, owell you knew want I meant at least.

What about connectivity, can i hook it up to my computer? Obviously it should be an USB Cam, so as soon hacked drivers come one can hook it up i think.

well of course its not gonna be an awesome cam. its 40 bucks. but for that price its a pretty good deal considering what it can do.
