A couple of weeks ago, NIS revealed that they were announcing a "unique and fun" PSP game. The following day, the publisher did good on their promise and announced that they were localizing and publishing Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman: What Did I Do to Deserve This? (Looks like somebody's trying to give Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero? a run for its money). Well today, they announced that they're not yet done with their surprises, and in fact has got an event lined up. With a possible new PS3 title.
Holy Invasion... for the PS3? Probably. What is certain is that their event will be held on the 7th of May in San Francisco, and will feature their upcoming releases. What they did say about the new PS3 title though is that it's gonna be an RPG. Interesting, yes? Anyway we've got a couple more weeks before the event itself, so am sure there's more than enough time to brew up our conspiracy theories. |

I actually just got Disgaea 3 a few days ago, playing that right now and was just saying to myself "I sure would like more NIS flavored games"

I actually made a JPN PSN account a couple weeks ago to try the demo. Looked all over the site and later found out it was a limited time release demo. I'm just goiung to buy X-Edge, cause' I love Capcom anyways.

Another announcement of a title, most people will not care about until we see some actual footage and what not. Kinda reminds me back in June 07 when Sony said we have some huge announcement, and it ends up being The Agency which completely fell off the map. The hyped kinda dwindled to Zero at this point.
Point is Sony, stop hyping up titles before we see any real videos or information FFS. Stuff like this pisses me off greatly.

» I don't see what Sony has to do with this.
Do most Qj users get seriously high before making comments like this? This is NIS we're talking about... not Sony. I wouldn't say a company who is nowhere nearan RPG giant like Square's level, is a hype-hungry developer. Generally NIS kinda flies under the radar with these things IMO. But they have a solid fanbase with the games they have released, so I wouldn't doubt this RPG, whatever it may be.
