this is only for multimedia fans... like me... but for hardcore gaming fans need something else for the ps3 in this update... but hey.. an update is an update... every update makes my day

I think you mean "couldn't care less."
Indicating you could care less means that you currently have some concern for the issue.
On that note, any improvement to the PS3 is a reason for jubilation.

What I really want is better emulation of PS2 and PSone games, dammit!
C'mon, only around 10% of all PS2 games are working, there are even community-made emulators for PC, which are playing more games. I mean, Sony has the complete source code of the Emotion Engine. Why is it so hard for them to make it working properly? I bought a more expensive console so I play my PS2 collection so please make it better.....

they made it clear that they will relaese updates to improve BC even tho they will be focusing more on improving aspects of ps3.
That raised my doubts they will at all. furthermore after releasing 40gig, i was almost certain.
i believ they still manufacture ps2s which should answer why they may not support bc
|

I have the 60 gig version and there isn't a single game I've tried that hasn't work flawlessly.
Of course, the 60 gig is the best version out if you want to do BC anyways.
