Saints Row 2 - Image 1

Some PS3 owners seem to put a lot of stock in Trophy support for PS3 games. If you're one of them, you may want to think twice about purchasing Volition and THQ's Saints Row 2 (Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3).

According to a moderator on the game's official community forum, the PS3 version of Saints Row 2 will not support the PS3 Trophy feature. No mention was made of a future Trophy patch as well.

Saints Row 2 is currently slated for a North American release tomorrow. Keep checking back here for more updates on this game and other PS3 titles.

as if you would rather get the 360 version because of ACHIEVEMENTS. Seriously, ACHIEVMENTS, probably the most important thing in games at all...

That is a big letdown no trophies on the PS3 version. As the 360 has achievements there is no reason why the PS3 cant get trophies.
I've stopped playing it just to wait for the patch so I can start playing it. I've already finished it on 360 and continue to play it to get all the achievements but its not as much fun on PS3 without a reason to continue playing it.

Thats the only reason I reply games, to get all the trophies/achievements.
