Patch for Madden NFL 08 PS3 now available

As promised, the latest patch for the PlayStation 3 version of Madden NFL 08 has finally been released. To make things even easier for PS3 owners - especially those that just got a console and the game for the holidays, here's a quick how-to on installing the patch:
  1. If you try to access an online feature, you should be prompted to install a title update.
  2. Click Yes, and allow both files to install (file 2 can go very quickly).
  3. When prompted, hold the PS button to restart the system. Once you're back in the game, you will need to update one more time to re-establish the proper roster version!
  4. Either try to create on online session or join a Play Now online game.
  5. Choose Yes to install the current roster. If you have a custom roster, you will need to reload it at this point.
