PLAYSTATION 3

Teenage girls, when asked how they know when they are in love would answer in unison in their sugary, sweet borderline annoying voices, "It is when everything moves in slow motion." So, when Sascha Appel, Product Manager, SCE Germany said MTV instead of GTtv before taking the final retail version of the PLAYSTATION 3 out of the glass case, we're positive that even without the fancy camera work fans wouldn't have seen it differently. That, or you're thinking of Pam Anderson in a Baywatch slow motion run.

He handles the hardware much like a museum curator would an ancient vase. Complete with white gloves I should add. The glossy pearl finish of the PLAYSTATION 3 has got everybody in the area glued to it. Appel, in his fancy accent goes into the details of its features like the ports, the controller, the Blu-ray also being a factor in the unit's 5 KG weight.

The video is available through the download link below the article. It is optional whether you'll watch it in slow motion.

Thanks to MGSROCKS1!

well so everybody knows why it's so big because the power supply is inside like the firts xbox thats why the 360 power supply is outside and so big just draw a pic including the power supply to the 360 and see im more big than the PS3 ( you can see the cable plug behind the ps3 is like a computer one). =D

 » google is your friend

the ps3 has an hdmi port (the 60gig) but it will not ship with the hdmi CABLE!! also the plastic for the ps3 is see through or maybe they havent coated it (like the psp). also i hope they make it scratch resistant and use a black see through so at night the system lights up. (thats my mod)

 » Cool

That was a cool video. I actually haven't seen it yet, so thanks QJ for looking out.

What caught my attention the most was when the guy said that you can turn on the console with just the controller. Its a small detail, but to me that sounds pretty damn convenient then walking to your console, reaching all the way behind, flipping on the switch like you'd do with the PS2. You can call me lazy, but I think thats pretty convenient.
