(a) Happy belated GDC 2007, PlayStation Universe. (b) Happy, indeed, and very much so, if you guys ran into Evolution Studios peeps after the Phil Harrison keynote and heard with your own ears what's next on Evo's to-do list.

"MotorStorm 2!" PSU quotes their reply. "And it's been in development for some time." Man, that'll be fast. All PSU could get from them is that it's going to run on a revamped MotorStorm engine - which kind of makes us wonder exactly how much more horsepower they could squeeze from it, and the consequences of that on graphics and gameplay.

Been in development for some time? Man, these guys have been busy. Our best bet is that we won't be seeing this puppy for at least a year and a half or two - to give some breathing room for MotorStorm 1 and its downloadables. (But don't worry, baby. We'll be alright.)

As to where MotorStorm 2 will take place, after Monument Valley, we can only speculate, but there's an entire world to play in! The Sahara, the Alps for a change of scenery and temperature, the Australian Outback, LA during rush hour, New York during rush hour, some n00b's LittleBigPlanet creation (kidding!)...

yep that's not really smart.
First they say in an interview that there will be no 2 player mode because they focused on the gameplay what is kinda f*kn excusion.
In motorstorm every area looks the same and they say: motorstom 2 will contain The Sahara, the Alps so MotorStorm 1 looks like a demo version of motorstorm 2 beta. ^^

just because of the lack of time ......MOTORSTORM was curtailed but mind it ....MO is wayyyyyyyyyy better than x360 game released till date..

MO is a total next gen package unlike GEARS with no AI/PHYSICS.

motorstorm is probably the worse game for the ps3. its a 60 dollar demo. i cant believe i even rented that game, good thing i did not buy it.
