Chris, are you sure this is how Versus mode is played?

Capcom's sent out a last minute press release announcing a future DLC pack for Resident Evil 5 that will feature Versus mode, pitting players against each other. Versus mode will let you play as Chris, Sheva, or other secret characters. I'm betting Jill Valentine's in there somewhere. Battles are either one-on-one or two-on-two.

Versus mode will be available for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 a few weeks after the game's release tomorrow. XBL will offer it for 400 MS Points and PSN for US$ 3.99 US$ 4.99. (Capcom emailed us regarding the PSN pricing, stating that the pricing indicated in the initial press release was an error.)
