Some guys just don't get it. Remember Erik Estavillo? He was banned from playing Resistance: Fall of Man and the PlayStation Network earlier this year, prompting him to sue Sony for "pain and suffering" caused by the ban, as well as for the money he still had in his PSN account that he can no longer access. His case was dismissed last September 22nd since there was no plausible claim for relief via First Amendment. The case, however, isn't closed just yet folks.

Hey, remember that guy who sued Sony for banning him from Resistance: Fall of Man and the PlayStation Network? Well guess, what? His case has been thrown out by a judge. That's what you get from not bothering to learn more about the First Amendment, I guess.

The news about a PS3 Greatest Hits bundle was pretty much already confirmed yesterday with a picture and some details right out of Target. Today, Sony makes it official. What's more is that they've now also confirmed that this MotorStorm + R:FoM SKU will be specifically available in Target "in limited quantities." This has led people to believe that a price cut may still be in order.

Just when you think that you've had enough Resistance, you can grab themes, map packs, and more on PSN for FREE. That's right, Sony and Insomniac are handing out freebies, now you can enjoy Resistance 2 and Resistance: Fall of Man with your new goodies.

Here's a bit of a downer: Infinity Ward has announced that Trophies will not be implemented on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. At least, not in the near future. To compound this, Insomniac Games has posted a similar response on questions about Resistance: Fall of Man and Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction getting Trophies. Details after the jump.

It looks like Resistance: Fall of Man is not the only game to get home support. Insomniac Games' President Ted Price said that Resistance 2 will be getting this feature as well. In addition, both of these titles will also feature Trophy support. To find out more, check out the full article.

Two more games will be joining the PlayStation Home integration movement that Sony is pushing for some of their older game titles. The two games in focus are Naughty Dog's Uncharted: Drake's Fortune and Insomniac Games' Resistance: Fall of Man and will feature bonus content to help extend each respective title's playability.
