Rock Band: The Best of The Who Rock Band Edition pack announced - Image 1The Who have announced that they will be releasing several of their tracks on Rock Band for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles. Dubbed "The Best of The Who Rock Band Edition", this song compilation was tallied up by Harmonix and MTV Games after consulting with The Who's Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey.

Here's a shortlist of the 12 tracks that will be available for this bundle, which includes three songs from the Live At Leeds album:
  • Amazing Journey
  • Baba O'Riley
  • Behind Blue Eyes
  • Eminence Front
  • Going Mobile
  • Leaving Here
  • My Generation (Live At Leeds)
  • Real Good Looking Boy
  • Sea & Sand
  • Summertime Blues (Live At Leeds)
  • Who Are You
  • Young Man Blues (Live At Leeds)
Each track will be available for purchase at US$ 1.99 (160 Microsoft Points), while purchasing the whole set will cost you US$ 19.99 (1600 Microsoft Points). The Best of The Who Rock Band Edition pack is expected to be available by June 15, two days before the VH1 Rock Honors celebration in honor of the band. This is what I've been waiting, not quite the album but I think we got a better deal as Eminence Front and Who Are You are now on the list, sadly The Seeker hasn't made it here nor has I Can See For Miles, but still a great track pack non the less.
