Details around SCE's God of War 3 project have always been somewhat elusive. Oh, everyone knows it's coming out eventually but Sony's still refusing to commit to an exact release day... or even a release year, for that matter.

Well, thanks to a curious little entry on the imdb website, we might just have our first real clue. Visit the Filmography section on the imdb entry of actor Terrence "T.C." Carson, who was the voice of Kratos in all previous God of War titles. There is a little entry there that reads "God of War III (2010) (VG) (in production) .... Kratos."

 

Mind you, it's possible that the "2010" entry is just an generous estimate from unofficial sources rather than a real little slip-up trickled down from official channels. Personally, I'm hoping it'll still be released next year. 2010 seems so very far away.
