Gorgeous visuals and some very nifty track-deforming physics headed for you in this trailer video of Sega Rally Revo, the racing game headed to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. We get you the latest in this upcoming that hopes to revolutionize the rally racing genre with a new feature that we haven't quite seen just yet.

In this video update, we see a cadre of high-performance, fuel-guzzling beasts rip and tear across a muddy dirt track. One thing that stands out here is the fact that the cars are not just leaving the requisite tire marks on the track itself, but actually gouging out trails - with puddles of water clearly visible on them. While this may seem like a small detail to get excited about, it isn't - as it gives you that extra sense of immersion.

Things are looking up for Sega indeed. Embed's below, you know what to do. Enjoy!

Didnt motorstorm have this "gouging" feature too? They did it in the form of bump mapping. So not exactly new. This certainly looks better than whats in motorstorm though.

 » Motorstorm Is Addicting!

I played it for 5 hours straight last night online and didn't realize it passed by that quickly. I was excited the whole time until I noticed how late it was but had fun until I turned it off. Anyone who hasn't played Motorstorm online is missing out. It is so fun battling it out with real people and seeing insane crashes and hearing them cry in real time as you make them crash right at the end of the race and pass them up!
