Ó

Here it is, the eve before the first official day of the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), and Sony has launched their Official CES Site. There's not a whole lot new to be said at the moment, but they do at least mention the PS3. *sigh of relief*

PLAYSTATION®3: Changing the future of play.

Welcome to the next-generation of computer entertainment, the PLAYSTATION®3. This system is positioned to change the nature of the gaming and entertainment industry forever, incorporating cutting-edge advancements such as the Cell next-generation, high performance processor, the RSX graphics processor and XDR memory. It will also bring Supercomputer-like power in combination with Blu-ray Disc? ROM (BD-ROM) that will deliver entertainment content in full high-definition (HD) quality. In short, it's a console that screams digital carpe diem, promising to change the rules once again. And that's good, because change makes us interesting. It makes us exciting. Its mere unpredictability is the thing that makes us feel alive. And as you can see, change is upon us once again.

In a couple of hours we will truly know what Sony will say about the PS3. I dont expect any big revelations about PS3, but maybe a few demos, BD speed and something interesting about PSP to PS3 conectivity?

Well i'm not gonna expect much on ps3 information since we all already know most about the tech info. Plus looks like their gonna try to keep all the new release titles to themselfs to get us pumped up. But would be great if they an actual ps3 running demos heck even if its playing blu-ray movies wouldn't hurt.

Ok guys I just noticed why Sony did not reveal any new information or announcements at CES which I was quiet pissed about but if you remember at E3 they showed a schedule for the ps3 with which events they would take part of well CES was never on there but the Playstation conference was which is in February where I believe that’s where everyone is most likely to get their answers, and Sony are just keeping it quiet because at the February its all playstation not Microsoft so they cant top what Sony has in store. Here's the link to the schedule.
Peace Out
