Hail to the Chimp takes place, as you may guess, in the jungle where a political scandal has led to the ouster of the current king who is naturally a lion. Seeing the opportunity, 10 wild beasts are all contending for the vacant throne and everyone's willing to do anything to get it. Check out the image of Toshiro, the martial arts octopus!

Developer Wideload says that what it brings to the table with Hail to the Chimp is something truly original. "No one has attempted to bring an over-the-top party game like Hail to the Chimp to next-gen consoles, much less one with biting political satire,"says Gamecock console chief Rick Stults.

Not a lot of details have been revealed regarding the details, but Gamecock says that the political undertone of the game will show in the way that players can form alliances and back-stab each other in the end.
