Finally, we now have Europe's release date for the PS3 Wireless Keypad. It's already been confirmed that our cousins across the Atlantic will get the text input peripheral ahead of everyone else by about a week.

Europe gets the PS3 Wireless Keypad on November 28, with a price tag of GBP 24.99 (roughly a little less than US$ 40).

Everyone else has to wait. Japan's confirmed to have a release date of December 18 (price tag: JP¥ 5,500; around US$ 55), while North America has it scheduled on the first week of December (still no confirmed price tag clocked for North America though).
