I heard that unconfirmed rumor too (post #2) which says the PS3 consoles will be delayed until 2007 in North America. I actually feel very sorry and pathetic towards Sony. They don’t even have enough number of PS3s right now and today is only one month before the launch date; that’s why Sony has to share one PS3 among dozens of publications and magazine companies. Actually, most people who write things online are really stupid, lowly educated and immatured sorts; also most of them are 2nd or 3rd raters in real lives (this is a commonly known facts; if you disagree with me then just look at the manners, education level and politeness in these people’s writings – most of them are from 15 year old kids or 35 years old with no quality lives). This is a thought-provoking piece of writing and not written for everyone. If you couldn't take it so far, stop reading.
I don’t want to waste even 1 minute to teach some lessons to most of you who are 3rd or 2nd raters. However, from the point of view of people who’re better than 2nd raters, most of you are really pathetic and pitiful human beings. It doesn’t matter if the PS3 will be launched in the year 3000. Let’s take an example. There was countless number of lowly-achieved people in real lives in the US; when Xbox 360 console was launched recently, these sorts either paid double the money in advance than they needed to acquire bundled X360 packages on launch day (some retailers even sold one X360 console for $7,000 Canadian dollars because that bundle included an HD Plasma TV) or waited more than 12 hours outside the retailers (a.k.a. camping).
Like I just said a few sentences ago, from my eyes or other people who’re better than 2nd raters in real lives, these worthless people can’t even live without games and (or) other addictive materials. Because I don’t even want to understand how 2nd or 3rd rated people’s minds and brains work, I’ll not go deep into teaching lessons to most of you here. If you want to buy a game machine (in here, it’s Xbox 360) then go to a retail store on the launch day like a normal person does (not 12 hours before the store opens). If you can’t find even a single console to buy (because other 3rd rated worthless sorts acted fast) then just wait a few months then buy. All I’m saying is that act and live like a normal person does, not like a game addicted person whose brain and mind were twisted with worthless addictions (e.g.: game software, game machines).
Finally, I don’t much care if the PS3 consoles were actually delayed until 2007; I wasn’t even planning or thinking of buying a PS3 before Feb 2007 since I’m neither a camper (camping in front of the retailers) nor trash like sort (who pays thousands of dollars to buy a bundled PS3 package; actually a lot of people like me have more than enough money to buy one hundred $7,000 bundled PS3 package with HD TV included because I and other people like me are classified as 1st rated people and also highly educated and highly achieve in real lives. Actually people like me earn a lot more money than most 2nd or 3rd rated sorts in real lives, too – this is just the facts of reality, don’t even try to argue with me in this specific sentence; however, I and people like me usually have right minds and consciousness, that’s why I think paying $7,000 or even $1,200 to buy one $700 PS3 isn’t right; it’s just not right folks because PS3 and all other consoles and game software are very unimportant things in real lives. I mean it’s not very important for most 1st rated people’s lives). I know most 2nd or 3rd raters can’t even wait 5 days to buy a new game software or game machine. Am I wrong? QJ needs to pay attetion, when they said it sounds like an orchestra, they meant the sound the console makes ON PURPOSE as it loads up that swanky flowy background, not the noise of the fans and such. They were obviously saying it as a complement, god knows how you found that to be a bad thing.

» Weird, I Just Saw Displays Being Built In The U.S.A.
I went to Target today in the small city of Porterville, California and seen the whole game section changed around with a cabinet with PS3 on top (more in view than the other consoles by the way) and the Wii cabinet getting ready just on the other aisle. No consoles or games on display but they looked like they were still setting up and expecting stuff pretty soon. Probably in November though. I think if Sony delayed this any longer they would make alot of retailers mad due to the man hours they provide to ready their displays.

some people get a lot of enjoyment from games and consoles, if they think it is worth paying a little extra in order to get there first then who are you to stop them?
the people i have issues with are those who buy 2 or 3 units on preorder and then resell at an inflated price... sony / ms both take real financial losses on sales of hardware, we all know that they're selling their consoles way under production cost, but they set that price because it's inclusive... and then those b'stard touts go and ramp up prices - excluding those who may not be able to afford the inflated, and totally artificial, prices.
if you want to complain at people who have enough money to afford luxuries and they prioritise ps3 or xbox360 then you're simply going to get flamed.
also, i spend a lot of time on videogames in one way or another right now, but i wouldn't call myself a '2nd rater' or worse... i am studying an MA in digital games design, i think that the social standpoint of videogames is greatly affected by the stereotypical image of a bearded fat nerd sat in a dark room playing his games until all hours - we're not like that, and people need to understand this... otherwise we'll never get GREAT games, rather than the simply 'quite good' games we currently have.
i reckon games have so much more potential to entertain than they currently do.
games are going to be hard to ignore in the near future, gamers are going to be more common than non-gamers, and you imkro are going to feel left out if you continue to hate on people who have passion.

Well thats what us folks do!! I payed my brother and his friend to stand in line overnight for the 360 before launch day. i got myself 2 360's by morning. i put up an ad on craigslist.com and sold one for twice the amount + an extra $100 dollars. VOILA!!
Got myself a 360 and my money back!! its called being smart!! ya dumba$$e$!!
I see alot of winners in this story...here they are:
my brother and his friend both got $50 dollars each. ( reason for the extra $100 dollars)
the guy that bought it from me!! you should have seen his face!! VERY HAPPY!! Drooling!! (must be rich right?!!)
