Apparently, not only is Harmonix congratulating those players who've broken street date. They're also tossing in an option within Rock Band 2 (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2) to allow you to unlock every single on-disc song in the game by inputting just one simple code.

MTV Multiplayer has discovered the Easter Egg and figured out the actual code to input to unlock those songs. If you played the first game, you might still remember it - yes, the same unlock code was used in Rock Band. If you don't know the code in the first game, just input the following in the game modifier menu:

• Red, Yellow, Blue, Red, Red, Blue, Blue, Red, Yellow, Blue

By the way, do note that turning on this cheat may have repercussions; specifically, not getting to save your game or access to achievements and stuff. As such, you'll have to activate this cheat every time you fire up the game.

Nonetheless, it's a quick hassle-free way to just get into the beat and face the music, so to speak, without going through the entire unlocking process. A good way to just jam to your heart's content when your friends come over and you haven't unlocked every single song yet.
