A few months ago, THQ made it known that they were planning to develop the movie WALL-E into a video game. Well, this is definitely taking shape through the efforts of Heavy Iron Studios. In a video interview, production director Keith Pope divulges information on what we can expect from the upcoming game.

The game's generally going to be based from the movie itself. In order to bring out that distinct movie-feel, Pope said that they incorporated "big moments and small nuggets" from the film into the game. To enhance what the game has to offer, players can utilize both WALL-E and EVE. There will be times wherein the two have to work in tandem to solve the problems.

Pope said that the game is set to be released on June 24, 2008. It will also be released for various platforms such as the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, DS, PC, MAC, and PSP. Surely, with such a massive release, it won't be hard getting a copy of the game.

More juicy news can be obtained by watching the video below. All you have to do is just press play to enjoy. We'll be bringing you guys more news and updates on the adventures of the small but reliable WALL-E.
