Warhawk, the upcoming remake of the original PSE video game, has generated enough buzz to rival the sound of its featured super fighter jets. The high-flying sci-fi third-person shooter takes place in a persistent, open-ended gamespace using aircraft as well as land-based war machines.
In the gameplay, players must protect their homeland from the invading Chernovan armada by commanding the Warhawk - a fleet of advanced flying machines capable of hi-speed aerobatic dogfights. Battles also take place on the ground where players rely on flightless but impressively armed military jeeps, tanks and specialty transports.
