PS3Forums member Jags71 was part of the IGN Warhawk Challenge and has a couple of interesting updates for all of us who didn't get the invite. But before we get into the details, Jags71 noted that a Warhawk multiplayer session remains essentially the same compared to the original game on PSOne aside from the little tweaks here and there.

Anyway, the real news here is that the Warhawk servers have already gone live. Since Warhawk is pretty much all about multiplayer (it lacks single player campaigns), it is only logical for players to wonder if there will be enough servers to accommodate every single one of them.

Jags71 reported that fans need not worry because hundreds of official ranked servers have been put up by Incognito Entertainment and Sony. Jags71 also added that one thing he noticed with the servers is that they cater to "every type of multiplayer mode imaginable."

Lastly, Jags71 also notes that the loading times for Warhawk are minimal because it uses the same technique as that of Resistance: Fall of Man. The forum member said:

The Blu-ray disc version of Warhawk will place a 789MB cache file onto your hard drive similar to the file Resistance places on your drive to reduce loading times. You CANNOT boot your copy from this cache file. You will need to place the disc into the ps3 to play the game.

 » Its off HDD

All games stored on the HDD have low loading times. Its just the games on disc that have long loading times.

I just upgraded my 20gb to 120gb for this since I was running low. But I got to tell you removing those small screws were no joke! I had to finally pry them open with a wrench because the screwdriver messed up the screws.

The size of the beta( which was full game) was about 780MB and since the cache is about the same when you install it from BD then I am guessing it will be the same for the D/L game. as for game sharing, I am sure you can d/l it up to 5 times on any PS3, but chances are it will only run under your user name not under a friends.
