It's just a couple of more days to go before our European friends finally, finally get their hands on their own PlayStation 3s (PS3). So, Europe, have you finally made up your mind as to which titles to get on launch day? If haven't quite decided yet, then this Sega announcement might be of help. Sega Europe Ltd. has just confirmed that it will be providing five different titles on launch day that should satisfy every type of gamer out there. Marketing Director Gary Knight remarked that they are, "thrilled to have one of the strongest lineups for the launch of the PS3 in Europe".

SEGA Europe will be bringing to the next-gen the World Snooker Championship 2007 by December 31 of next year. However, we hate to disappoint you U. S. fans, but this game, set to be ported to the PC, Xbox 360, and PS3, will be exclusive for a European release only. Anyhow, the game will reportedly have the same "Golden Cue" features, and will have 104 of the world's best appear in the game. As for the tournaments, there will be ten major pool tournaments, including the Mosconi Cup and the World Pool Championships. Trickshot Championship mode will also be around. So don't pout, 'cause it's gonna be another full-year's wait. You never know, they might change their minds soon enough and have it shipped to North America. In the meantime, here's a video of the game. Download: [World Snooker Championship 2007] |
