Lots of mech fans think that the PS3 controller is perfect for a Zone Of the Enders game. In fact, we even put Z.O.E. on the list of the top 18 PS2 franchises we're looking forward to playing on PS3. If you're a hardcore Z.O.E. supporter, you might just receive the best news from Hideo Kojima: The game may make its way to the PS3! Actually, Z.O.E. fans consider this bit of info already confirmed but we're still taking the news with a grain of salt.

The cover of PSM3's latest issue brought hope for all Z.O.E. players. In it, Zone of the Enders 3 is listed along with games like MGS4, Devil May Cry 4, and Gran Turismo HD as being previewed. The magazine also states (as you can see in the picture up there) that Kojima has announced the development of the game and will be revealing more about it in the next issue of the magazine.

Zone of the Enders was developed and published by Konami in 2001 for the PS2. The game is based around mecha combat. These mechas were designed by Yoji Shinkawa, who is also the character and mechanical designer for the Metal Gear Solid series. Z.O.E. was initially released in most territories with a playable demo version of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty.

More news will surely come out of this much-anticipated mech game. Hype or not, we're here to take a closer listen so keep browsing QJ.

Breaking News!!!

Xbox 360 will win over all the other consoles in this so called next-gen war. I have a firm reason to believe that and the reason is based on history. If you wanna know what will happen in history, you were taught that it’s very good to see what happened in the past. I love those idiots at Sony, MS, and Nintendo who come up with weird names for their consoles.

When I first heard the name GameBoy, I laughed so much. Then PlayStation came out... How about GameCube? Then my jaw actually dropped in surprise when one idiot at MS thought the name, Xbox... Crapbox? After all, I guess those consoles with lame and stupid names have tendency to do well in reality.

Dreamcast (the coolest name of console I have ever heard), PS Portable (UMD format became a total garbage and obsolete just like Betamax) or GameCube (when ppl hear the word cube, they think of school subject mathematics or physics; not good for most gamers) all had really cool or non-lame names; however, we all know what happened to all of these.

MS’s next versions of Xbox console have bright future, too. They can just think of really ret$rded names like the followings.
Xbox 450
Peter Jackson’s Xbox 540: The Official Console of the Movie
Xbox XP (a.k.a. XX)
Xbox Vista (a.k.a. XV)
Xbox Bill-Gates-Loves-Peter-Moore
(XBLA - Xbox Live Anywhere is the stupidest acronym I have ever heard. My first major was computer programming; therefore, the textbooks were full of millions of acronyms...) @@;

When most ppl buy a gaming console, they only care what brand name it’s from; they simply don’t care the detailed hardware specifications like most ppl at QJ talked about for the last 2 years. Remember: every single $ figure here is Canadian $. When DVD players first came out and commercially available (affordably), one DVD player cost about $1,000+tax. This is called the evolving technology. A new tech must be expensive due to many obvious facts. When DVD players first came out, CD players were like the dominant & absolute king on the planet in terms of optical drive market. However DVDs won over CDs; and all of us exactly know that the DVD tech became the new king on the planet. BTW, PS3 is a whole standalone Blu-ray player; and one Blu-ray player alone costs about $1,000+tax. The debate (argument) of X360 Vs. PS3 is completely pointless and you’ll know why after reading the rest.

* X360: can run games / in 720p (progressive) resolution (width*height=960*720) / with 15-30 frames per second / with medium quality graphics / $500+tax / due to the fact that X360s can’t even run low-end games like Call of Duty 2, all X360 consoles will become total obsoletes in 3 years unless you only play arcade cr$ps which were first release like 20 years ago. (CoD2 can support 8 players for Multi-player, 8? Joking me? Moreover, even though there’re only 8 players, the frame rate is like 15-20fps whiling having trash like low graphics quality)
* PC: can run games / in 768p (1024*768) / $12,000+tax (see below for details) / you must throw your PC (which is worthy $12,000) into a garbage can and spend another $12,000 to buy another state-of-the-art PC every 2 years if you want to play the new games which are just released. (You must spend 12,000*3= $36,000 for the next 6 years) / custom-made PC from Alienware: $12,000+tax (couldn’t write down all the details of hardware specs due to the constraints of the length of one comment; you can just try it at Alienware)
* PS3: can run games / in 1080p (1440*1080) / with 60 fps / with extremely high quality graphics / $700+tax (No one can say $700 are expensive for what a PS3 can offer, I mean no one even the ret$rds Bill Gates & Peter Moore couple. If you’re someone who disagrees with me then you are a 7 yrs old kidtard who has never purchased anything more expensive than an MP3 player in your whole life) / PS3s can last 6-7 years

1080p games are only for those ppl who have HDTVs. Pioneer 60 inches HDTV: $9,000+tax. 50 inches HDTV: $5,000+tax
PDA (Palm LifeDrive): $600+tax
Digital Camera (Panasonic 10MP): $800+tax
Camcorder: Sony DVD Cam: $1,700+tax
Apple 80GB iPod Movie: $400+tax

This is a thought-provoking piece of writing and not written for everyone. If you couldn't take it so far, stop reading. I think I’m an occasional gamer who plays games (some PC, board and card games) no more than 1-2 hours per any give day; no more than 3 days a week. From my point of view, most of ppl who wrote comments here are pitiful 3rd rated game addicts with non-valuable lives. Why don’t you try and enhance the quality of your lives? Have you had even one day this week when you haven’t played games?

Congratulation!!!!!!!

Finally someone how have a brain and have other stuffs more important to do whit is life! You have made some little price mistake but we all know what you are trying to say. And I'm agree with you!

You should post more often, I'm tired to read some, stupid child, fanboy post, how have no job, crying to buy an xbox360 or a wii just because of the price. I hope someday they will grow up.

I read almost all the news and post on QJ.net and I still dont know why all the poster how love the xbox360 are posting more on the PS3 section then the Xbox one? All the wii and PS3 fans stay on there side.

I see what your saying but, your fact sheet is horribly off.

mainly in 12,000 dollar PC's. Oh and the 360 performs a bit better than you say. Prime example would be gears of War which looks incredible and the frames are locked at 30.
But, i do see your point with stronger hardware, i've seen a bunch of gears of war comparable games on the PS3 that are running at 60FPS and are virtually first gen games.

But, largely your post is innacurate or illegible. Especially the last part where you list buying two HDTV's and a bunch of unrelated accesories.

Oh and PC resolution does go past 1024X768.

It's not also smart to end your post by saying anyone that disagrees with you is a child or insane game addict.

 » question

Sony has everyone under the impression that their online service is free. However, they never really explain the details on what is actually free.

If Sony announces that you have to pay a monthly or yearly plan to play games against other poeple online how will you feel? Will you still get the system after they lied to us?
I know I will not buy.

 » i got everything related to anything about Z.O.E i can't wiat for this new Z.O.E 3!

to post 11, i hope your right about the online feature as in this article about Z.O.E 3 it says that it will include online mech battles on a MASSIVE scale and i do hope i can play this for free. But regardless of this being free or not i will still buy a ps3 JUST for this game alone! and since the ps3 will have so much power 10,000,000 mechs on one screen wont be a problem and will be a much more enjoyable game.

battling online with/co-op or even mission based games with 32 or more other players from around the world all happening on one screen in 1080p running at 60fps, now that would be the most ultimate online gaming experience ever.....
