In collaboration with Nile Rodgers' Sumthing Distribution record label, Capcom has released the official soundtrack for Bionic Commando (Xbox 360, PS3, PC). Think you love the game enough to get the music?

It seems like developer Grin has had a bad May. Despite its roots and the positive reception that met Bionic Commando: Rearmed, the studio's Bionic Commando was only able to sell 27,000 units in the US during its opening month. More after the jump.

Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills was reportedly approached by Capcom to promote Bionic Commando. But after the tabloid flame bait demanded six figures and to be the star of the game, plans would naturally hit the toilet. But according to her side of the story, Capcom refused to donate a large sum to charity in exchange for her cooperation. Mills then went on, calling the publisher "stingy," so Radd Spencer remains the star of Bionic Commando.

My, that's a very big and long...thing... he's fighting. Okay, so I admit, I have a dirty, dirty head on my shoulders. But I know I'm not the only one who found something green on this clip. Perhaps to score some publicity on Bionic Commando's big day on the shelves, this humor clips shows up. While it's not as "funny" as regular funnies go, there's some suggestive language in here that made IGN check your age before they let you watch it.

This one comes via press release from Capcom: they're announcing that the demo for Bionic Commando will be launching on Xbox Live very soon. Though there was no specific date mentioned, they promise to make it available "in the coming weeks." Considering that the game will hit retail on May 19 for both the Xbox 360 and PS3, the demo could not be that far off indeed. Strangely, the same press release doesn't make mention of a demo for the PlayStation Network... Hmm...

Via press release, Capcom has finally confirmed the release date for Bionic Commando on Xbox 360 and PS3. Both versions will be shipping in North America come May 19. Meanwhile, the PC version will be following "shortly after" that. Yes, semi-cyborg Nathan Drake Spencer will drop in on the first half of this year, just as they planned.

Gamers in Australia might experience delays of several video games in the next couple of months. Word is that Aussie games distributor Red Ant went belly up, leaving releases from Capcom, Bethesda, Konami, and Midway in potential limbo.

Via the press wire, Capcom has confirmed the European release dates (or at least, some release windows) for seven of their upcoming games during the first half of this year. Some of these have already been confirmed before, some of them are just being pegged now. But if you wanted an updated Capcom calendar, then here's your ticket.
